Laura Gardner
Laura Gardner joined TDI/NMI with over 25 years of experience in the food service, merchandising, and hospitality industry. She obtained her B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and immediately was hired by Quaker Oats Company, as a Division Manager and representative.

Ms. Gardner is dynamic, motivating, and can laser-focus on issues to see tasks through to completion. As Franchise Marketing Director for Domino's Pizza, she developed a strategic and tactical marketing plan for over 1,200 franchise and corporate units and managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget. She has worked as a consultant on new products, and developed results-oriented marketing plans for stores throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Some of her past clients during her tenure with the Marriott Corporation as brand marketing manager include TCBY, Mrs. Fields, Cheers, Chili’s To Go, Domino's Pizza, Manchu Wok, Au Bon Pain, and Burger King. Laura has done it all – from owning, running and successfully selling a catering operation to being a franchisee with three stores, to managing multi-million dollar ad budgets for major corporations.

Laura possesses an innate desire to identify and achieve goals and objectives along with the ability to coordinate efforts with others. As a key member of Team Taffer, Laura blends the ability to get things done with great team spirit and communication skills.

These valuable, results achieving abilities in combination with her extensive experiential background make Laura a unique and valuable contributor to any TDI/NMI project.
