scene, Jon Taffer is an internationally recognized,

with more than 26 years in the sector. As a key
note speaker or consultant, Taffer taps into his
vast experience that spans the entire spectrum of
the food and beverage, hotel and hospitality arenas
with his hands-on expertise in the creation, development
and management of live entertainment venues, dance
clubs, specialty concept clubs, full service restaurants,
resort facilities, and large theme restaurants among

formats.

advisor to the restaurant, nightclub and hotel industries,

Before launching his own consultancy, Taffer served
as president of Innovative Hospitality Concepts,
Inc. – a world renowned creator and operator
of innovative restaurant and nightclub concepts.
A member of many boards, Taffer chaired Nightclub
& Bar Magazine Tradeshow and Convention’s
board and served as a board member for Restaurant
Marketing Magazine and as an appointee to NFL Enterprises’
board of directors. As one of only six inductees
into the Nightclub Hall of Fame, Taffer is also
the holder of such distinctions as “Pub Master”
in the United Kingdom with multiple honors as “Operator
of the Year” and winner of “Property
of the Year.” Additionally, he holds the only
patent issued for “music that achieves the
desired ambience in hospitality properties.”
Jon Taffer was recognized in 2003 as “a major
leaguer” in Inc. Magazine’s feature,
“Angels of the Night.” Among Taffer’s
